What happens if there is a dispute about my medical treatment?
If there is a disagreement about medical treatment, payment, or necessity of care, the issue may be reviewed under Delaware’s Workers’ Compensation procedures.
Disputes can ultimately be addressed before the Industrial Accident Board if necessary.
