Who must carry Workers’ Compensation insurance?

Any employer with one or more employees working in Delaware must carry Workers’ Compensation insurance. Coverage must be active before work begins. This requirement applies to full-time, part-time, seasonal, and temporary workers unless a specific legal exclusion applies.
