Who is eligible to become a certified provider?

Any Delaware-licensed physician or health care professional who treats work-related injuries may apply for certification. This includes specialists such as orthopedic surgeons, chiropractors, physical therapists, and pain management providers. Hospitals may participate, but individual treating providers must still be certified.
