Which employers are legally required to carry Workers’ Compensation insurance in Delaware?

In Delaware, almost every employer with one or more employees is required to carry Workers’ Compensation insurance, with only limited exceptions in state law. If you have anyone working for you as an employee in Delaware, full-time, part-time, seasonal, or temporary, you are generally required to have coverage in place before they start work.
