What types of Workers’ Compensation policies are available to employers?

Most employers obtain a traditional Workers’ Compensation insurance policy through a private carrier. Some employers may qualify to become self-insured, but they must meet strict financial requirements and receive state approval. The majority of Delaware employers use standard insurance policies.
