What steps must a business take to earn SHARP certification?

To earn SHARP certification, a business must complete one or more full SafeDE consultations, correct all identified hazards, and develop a safety and health program that meets SHARP standards. Employers must also show evidence of effective training, hazard assessments, and worker involvement. After these steps are verified, SafeDE submits the business for SHARP approval.
