What should employers do if they disagree with a Workers’ Compensation claim?

If an employer believes a claim is incorrect, they should share their concerns with the insurance carrier and provide any supporting documents. The carrier reviews all evidence and decides whether to accept or deny the claim. Employers can later participate in hearings or appeals if necessary.
