What is the Industrial Accident Board (IAB)?

The Industrial Accident Board is the agency that holds hearings and resolves disputes in Workers’ Compensation claims. If an employer, employee, or insurance carrier disagrees about benefits, the IAB reviews evidence and issues a decision.
