What happens if an employer does not display required postings?

Failing to display required labor law posters can result in citations or penalties from the Delaware Department of Labor. Missing posters may also weaken an employer’s position in wage disputes because workers were not properly informed of their rights. Keeping posters up-to-date and visible is an important part of compliance.
