What does Workers’ Compensation NOT cover?

Workers’ Compensation does not cover injuries that are not work-related, intentional self-harm, or injuries that occur during personal activities not connected to work. The insurance carrier reviews each claim and can deny claims that do not meet Delaware’s legal definition of a work-related injury.
