What billing rules must providers follow?

Providers must bill using correct CPT, HCPCS, and ICD codes and include all required documentation showing the treatment was medically necessary and related to the work injury. Bills must also follow the practice guidelines when applicable. Incomplete or improperly coded bills can be delayed or denied.
