What are the protected classes under Delaware law?

Delaware protects employees from discrimination based on race, skin color, national origin, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age (40+), marital status, disability, genetic information, housing status, and reproductive healthcare decisions. Employers must ensure decisions are not based on any of these characteristics.

Law: Delaware Code Title 19 §711.
