What are the Delaware Workers’ Compensation treatment guidelines?

The treatment guidelines are medical standards that outline recommended care for common workplace injuries such as low back pain, shoulder injuries, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic pain, cumulative trauma, cervical conditions, and lower extremity injuries. Providers use these guidelines to determine appropriate tests, therapy, medication, and recovery timelines. The guidelines help ensure care is consistent, medically supported, and cost-effective.
