What are reasonable accommodations and when must employers provide them?

Employers must provide reasonable accommodations to employees with disabilities unless the accommodation causes major difficulty or expense for the business. Examples include schedule changes, special equipment, or modifying job duties. Employers must work with the employee in good faith to find a workable solution.
