What are an employer’s responsibilities in the Workers’ Compensation system?

 Employers must maintain insurance coverage, report workplace injuries quickly, cooperate with the insurance carrier, and keep required records. They must also give injured workers information about filing a claim and help make sure the worker receives prompt medical care.
