What are an employer’s responsibilities if SafeDE identifies a serious hazard?

If SafeDE identifies a serious hazard, the employer must agree to correct it within a reasonable amount of time. SafeDE helps you understand the issue and recommends ways to fix it. Once hazards are corrected, the consultant may verify the correction and close the consultation. As long as the employer makes good-faith corrections, no penalties apply.
