What are an employer’s basic responsibilities under Delaware Wage & Hour law?

Employers must pay workers on time, follow minimum wage and overtime rules, and take only legal deductions. They must also keep accurate payroll records, follow child labor rules if hiring minors, and provide a wage statement each payday. Employers must cooperate with Wage & Hour if a complaint is filed.
