How must Delaware be listed on an insurance policy to be compliant?

Delaware must be specifically covered for the work your employees perform in the state. For out-of-state employers, this usually means either a separate Delaware Workers’ Compensation policy or a written rider that clearly extends full Delaware coverage. The insurance must protect employees in Delaware just as a direct Delaware policy would.
