How does a provider apply for certification?

Providers apply by submitting a certification form through the Delaware Office of Workers’ Compensation. Applications must show that the provider understands the treatment guidelines and HCPS billing rules. Once approved, the provider is added to the certified list and may begin treating injured workers under Delaware’s standards.
