How are death benefits determined under Delaware Workers’ Compensation?

If a worker dies because of a job-related injury, their dependents may receive weekly benefits based on a percentage of the worker’s wages. These benefits help support the spouse, children, or other dependents who relied on the worker’s income. Payments may continue for a set period or until dependents no longer qualify.
