Are any employees exempt from Delaware’s minimum wage?

Yes. Some workers are exempt from Delaware’s minimum wage, including agricultural and domestic workers, outside salespeople, certain executive or administrative employees, and others listed in state law. If a position qualifies for an exemption, the state minimum wage does not apply.
