Where must required labor posters be displayed?

Required labor law posters must be displayed in a visible and accessible area where employees regularly gather. Common locations include break rooms, near time clocks, or other shared workspaces.

If posters are placed in hidden or restricted areas, that may not meet legal posting requirements.
