When should I file a discrimination complaint?

You should file a complaint if you believe your employer treated you unfairly because of a protected characteristic such as race, sex, disability, religion, age (40+), or another protected class under Delaware law.

If the issue involves hiring, firing, pay, promotion, discipline, harassment, or retaliation, it may fall under Delaware’s anti-discrimination statute.
