When must I be paid in Delaware?

In Delaware, wages must be paid on regularly scheduled paydays at least once per month. All wages earned in a pay period must generally be paid within seven days after the close of that pay period.

If your employer delays payment beyond this timeframe without legal reason, it may violate the Wage Payment and Collection Act.
