When does prevailing wage apply?

Prevailing wage applies to public construction projects funded in whole or in part by the State of Delaware or its political subdivisions, when the project meets the monetary threshold set by law.

If the project qualifies, contractors and subcontractors must pay workers according to the state-issued prevailing wage rates.
