What types of petitions can be filed?

Common petitions include requests for additional compensation, payment of medical expenses, compensation for permanent impairment, or review of terminated benefits.

Employers or insurance carriers may also file petitions, such as to terminate or reduce benefits. The Industrial Accident Board decides these disputes.
