What types of discrimination does the Office of Anti-Discrimination investigate?

The Office of Anti-Discrimination (OAD) investigates claims of employment discrimination based on protected characteristics under Delaware law. This includes discrimination related to race, color, national origin, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age (40+), marital status, disability, and genetic information.

OAD reviews complaints to determine whether unlawful discrimination may have occurred.
