What must be included on my pay stub?

Each payday, you must receive a statement showing your hours worked (if applicable), rate of pay, gross wages, and any deductions taken. This allows you to confirm you were paid correctly.

If your pay statement is missing information, you should request clarification from your employer in writing and keep a copy of your request.
