What is wage theft under Delaware law?
Wage theft occurs when an employer fails to pay wages that a worker has legally earned. This includes not paying minimum wage, not paying all hours worked, failing to pay on time, or making illegal deductions.
Delaware law allows workers to file complaints if they believe wages were withheld or improperly reduced.
