What is the Medical Component Unit (MCU)?

The Medical Component Unit (MCU) is part of the Office of Workers’ Compensation. It oversees medical treatment rules, certified providers, and treatment guidelines for work-related injuries.

MCU helps ensure that injured workers receive appropriate care under Delaware’s Workers’ Compensation system.
