What is OAD’s role in my case?
OAD is a neutral state agency. It does not represent you or your employer. Instead, it investigates the complaint to determine whether Delaware’s anti-discrimination law was violated.
OAD reviews evidence from both parties and applies the law fairly. Its role is to enforce the statute—not to act as a private attorney for either side.
