What is mediation and is it available in discrimination cases?
Mediation is a voluntary process where both parties meet with a neutral mediator to try to resolve the complaint before a full investigation is completed.
If both sides agree, mediation can help resolve disputes more quickly. Participation is voluntary, and either party may decline.
