What is a Right-to-Sue notice?

A Right-to-Sue notice allows you to bring your discrimination claim to court. In some cases, this notice is issued after OAD completes its investigation or when certain legal conditions are met.

This notice gives you the ability to pursue the matter in court under Delaware law.
