What if my employer does not have Workers’ Compensation insurance?

Most Delaware employers are required to carry Workers’ Compensation insurance. If an employer fails to do so, there may be additional legal consequences under state law.

Employees may still have rights to pursue compensation for work-related injuries under Delaware law.
