What happens after I file a wage complaint?

After you file a complaint, Wage & Hour Enforcement will review your claim and may contact your employer for records. Investigators may examine payroll records and interview both parties.

If a violation is found, the employer may be required to pay back wages and may face penalties under Delaware law.
