What are the protected classes in Delaware?

Delaware law protects employees from discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, age (40 and older), marital status, disability, and genetic information.

Employers may not make employment decisions based on any of these protected characteristics.
