Can my employer retaliate against me for asking about my pay?

Delaware law protects employees who assert their wage rights or participate in a wage investigation. An employer may not punish, fire, or discipline a worker for filing a wage complaint or cooperating with an investigation.

If retaliation occurs, it may be treated as a separate violation under state law.
