Join the Delaware Department of Labor’s Office of Wage & Hour for the Delaware Youth Workforce Connect Conference, an in-person session focused on youth employment and workforce readiness.
This special event brings together community partners, educators, employers, and state agencies dedicated to supporting Delaware teens in the workplace. The goal is to improve communication, share resources, and strengthen collaboration across the state as we prepare for the next phase of Delaware’s youth workforce initiatives.

The event will include presentations from the Office of Apprenticeship and Training, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), and Office of Management and Innovation (OMI), along with networking opportunities and lunch at the Reader Café. Attendees will also view the debut of a new AI-powered child labor awareness video developed by the Delaware Department of Labor’s Office of Wage & Hour.
