Join the Delaware Department of Labor’s Division of Industrial Affairs, in partnership with DelDOT and the National Association of Women in Construction, for Construction Appreciation Week—a free, week-long series of workshops, presentations, and a job fair designed to celebrate Delaware’s construction industry workforce, connect job seekers with employers, and provide valuable resources on workplace rights and safety.

This event is part of a statewide effort to highlight opportunities in the construction industry and recognize the contributions of workers, employers, and community partners across Delaware.

What to Expect:

✔️ Job Fair with construction industry and related employers actively hiring
✔️ Workshops on wages, contractor registration, and workplace safety
✔️ “Latinos in Construction” bilingual session in Milford
✔️ Student apprenticeship presentations across Vo-Tech schools
✔️ “Hard Hat & High Heels” women in construction industry event

All sessions are free and open to the public. Walk-ins welcome.
